Family Help Key Worker: Empower Families & Children

Walsall Council is seeking Family Help Key Workers to support families with children and young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND). You will provide intensive, practical and relationship-based support to promote positive outcomes and engagement with services.

The role involves working across the Family Help service within Children's Social Care, building trusted relationships and supporting families during key stages of development. Fixed-term until March 2028 with a salary in a G6 band.
