Family Group Conference Facilitator

Peterborough City Council is seeking a Family Group Conference Co-ordinator within the Targeted Support Service. You will support families to come together, prepare for conferences, and facilitate meetings that help create meaningful family-led plans.

You will work in a child-centred, relational team, with a commitment to restorative practice and proactive engagement with diverse families across Peterborough. The role requires flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
