Family-Focused Drug & Alcohol Counselor

Change Grow Live (CGL) is seeking a part-time Drug and Alcohol Family Practitioner to support families across West Sussex. The role involves assessments, one-to-one and group work, and home visits, co-locating with West Sussex County Council and working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver harm reduction and psychosocial interventions, coordinate access to services, and promote the family wellbeing agenda in local networks.
