Main Purpose of Job
Deliver all aspects of Frieze London and Frieze Masters with specific emphasis on cross-department coordination, budget, and timeline management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Relay the fair strategy across all teams, ensuring it is reflected in decisions and processes.
- Implement and coordinate the delivery of the fairs across all departments, tracking and pushing deliverables.
- Support decision-making for the fairs, online projects, and new initiatives.
- Represent Frieze in external meetings and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, as agreed with the Director, EMEA.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Build and track overall fair timeline in collaboration with the Director, EMEA, resolving conflicts across fairs and regions.
- Oversee internal processes and communication, ensuring key deliverables are met on time and to high standards.
- Organize cross-department meetings to ensure deliverables are met, establishing and following up on action points.
- Ensure quality of services delivered to stakeholders, including signing off on departmental deliverables.
- Flag potential issues proactively and implement solutions.
- Coordinate and lead debriefs, follow up on action points, and ensure improvements are implemented on time and within budget.
- Produce external proposals for funding, sponsorship, and marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.
- Perform any other duties as directed by senior management.
BUDGET
- Build and track budgets in relevant areas, supporting the Fair Directors.
- Assist finance in monitoring overall budgets and reforecasts.
- Identify savings and risk areas; ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Approve invoices and coding processes.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Manage hiring within the Fair and Programming teams, including budgets, job posts, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
