Factory Team Leader - Toomebridge - Permanent

Join a well-established production facility in Toomebridge as a Factory Team Leader. In this key role, you'll lead operational activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production while managing resources and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

• £38,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday ( Dayshift )
• Permanent role

What you'll be doing in this role:

• Supervising all operational functions necessary to maintain full production
• Maintain strong health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the factory
• Meet daily production and capacity targets
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth operations
• Manage costs and budgets to support financial goals
• Ensure high quality standards are consistently maintained throughout production

What you'll need for this role:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years production supervisory experience within a concrete / Manufacturing or engineering production facility.
• Must be target driven to achieve production volumes daily, whilst maintaining high quality standards both in terms of structural standards and aesthetic standards.
• Be able to demonstrate strong management and team building qualities in terms of managing labour resources and factory costs is essential.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and transfer these into production is essential.
