Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday!We are looking for two Factory Operatives to work at the Wedgwood factory, located in Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be an experienced and competent ceramic manufacturing operative and will be required to work on our iconic Jasper product. The key skills required are Casting and/or Ornamenting. About you, our perfect candidate will: have previous experience of working in a similar role (although we are willing to provide training) have good dexterity, with a keen eye and attention to detail be approachable and friendly with a 'can-do' attitude have the ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team be willing to learn additional skillsHours of work total 38 per week, working Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.06 (with 15 mins flexi time either side) and Friday 07.30 to 15.06 (with no flexi time).Applicants will be required to perform a trade test as part of our recruitment process.Please note that successful applicants will be expected to undertake training in additional processes to become multi-skilled.What we can offer you: free on-site parking staff discount within the World of Wedgwood and on products within the Fiskars Group brand portfolio pension scheme free onsite gym (accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) employee assistance programmeIf you want to work for a global lifestyle company, we'd love to hear from you!
