From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Factory Manager (rotating shifts)

Your mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.




Responsibilities:


  • Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
  • Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
  • Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.
  • Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.).
  • Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety of people and facilities.
  • Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.
  • Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance.
  • Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:


Minimum Requirements:


  • Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Good social and communication skills. Proactivity and initiative.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, including team management experience.
