Factory Manager - Chilled Food, KPI & Safety Leader

Greencore Spalding is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing site. You will be accountable for operational KPIs, safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while driving engagement and delivering on strategic objectives.

As part of a site leadership team, you will manage resources, deploy the Greencore Operating System, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer expectations and launch plans.
