Factory Administrator: Payroll & Operations Support

Ibstock Plc is recruiting a Factory Administrator for our Midlands factory in Chesterton. The role supports the Factory Manager and TPM team, handling payroll liaison, orders, despatch, stock control, health and safety records, and general clerical duties.

You will assist in organizing on-site meetings and maintain key production reports, while ensuring accurate input into the Agility system and related administration tasks.
