Facility Lead - Front of House & Team Leader

YMCA Newark & Sherwood Community & Activity Village is seeking a Facility Lead - Front of House to oversee and manage the Front of House teams, ensuring the building is run to high standards.

Based in Newark, NG24 4FH, you will lead 1-2-1s, safety, budgets, and KPI reporting while supporting shifts across early and late hours in a 7am-10pm operation. This role is 40 hours a week, full time, permanent.
