Aufgaben
- Plan and realize cleanroom space, including feasibility checks and capacity planning in collaboration with facility groups
- Communicate with external planners and manage all layout plans and equipment data files
- Support and coordinate equipment moves within the cleanroom
- Perform cleanroom engineering tasks
- Order materials, pedestals, services
- Coordinate and manage hook-up for semiconductor tools and machines
- Plan routing of supply lines and collaborate closely with Fab Maintenance and Industrial Engineering
- Oversee gas supply, abatement systems, vacuum pumps, gas sensors, gas monitoring systems, and manage contracts
- Manage the Facility budget for assigned projects
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 5 people
Profil
- Completed technical education - HTL and comparable
- At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, hardware, processes, and facility requirements for production equipment
- Practical experience in maintenance, hook-up, applicable regulations and certifications, project management, and cost awareness
- Strong knowledge of gases, chemicals, vacuum and abatement systems, safety requirements, and potential hazards
- Understanding of Fab organization, support systems, and processes as well as cleanroom technologies and requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of facility systems and resources, experience coordinating hook-up teams and collaborating with project teams and management
- Strong English and German language skills
- A collaborative, communicative personality with strong problem solving skills and a drive to deliver optimal results
