Facilities Plumbing Technician: Maintenance & Repairs

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, testing and fault finding on plumbing and mechanical systems across our Hull site.

You'll install water systems, fixtures and components in line with drawings and regulations, undertake safety inspections and contribute to general building maintenance. Flexibility, teamwork and strong customer focus are essential as you support projects and respond to emergencies.
