Job Description

CBRE is recruiting a Plumber to join the team in London. The role performs general preventive maintenance, repair, testing and troubleshooting of plumbing and mechanical systems within the facility, and responds quickly to emergencies.

Candidates should hold Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3, participate in safety inspections and preventive maintenance, and support other staff on projects requiring plumbing expertise.
