Facilities Operations Coordinator

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed at the site(s). You will monitor activities, maintain safety records, and support a PPM/repair programme under the Building Manager and SFM.

The role emphasizes relationship management, problem solving and accurate data handling across maintenance tasks, with a focus on customer service and teamwork in a facilities environment.
