Facilities Operations & Customer Service Lead

Morson Edge (Technology) in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager who also serves as a Customer Service Supervisor. The role involves leading a team, coordinating facilities engineering tasks, and ensuring service levels.

Location will be Farnborough until January 2027, then Ditton Park, with a defined salary package of £45K plus an annual bonus. You will manage escalation of issues, oversee invoicing and service documentation, and develop strong relationships with customers
