Facilities Officer - Retirement Village (Part-Time)

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Facilities Officer to join a specialist housing team in Herefordshire. The role covers on-site facilities management with occasional travel to nearby schemes and offices.

You will be the link to asset and property management, ensuring building safety and compliance while supporting residents in a warm, engaging environment. The position is permanent, part-time (20 hours per week) with shift patterns Monday to Friday, typically across four days.
