Facilities Manager - The Hague

Salary €64,000 - €70,000 (inc. Holiday Pay) + 25 days holiday, enhanced pension, stable environment, leadership opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager or Engineer to lead a small engineering team and take complete ownership of technical, maintenance, and safety standards for a high profile entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Managing facilities, rides, equipment, and statutory compliance.
• Leading and coaching a small technical and engineering team.
• Overseeing maintenance programmes and new project installations.
• Covering rostered Duty Management shifts and ensuring strict H&S standards.

Qualifications

• Facilities or Fabric Engineering background with strong H&S awareness.
• People management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Site based and locally situated to The Hague.
