Facilities Manager

Central London Client Side £60,000 - £65,000 + Exceptional Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading property landlord with one of the most impressive commercial office portfolios in Central London.

This is a client-side role offering the chance to oversee a prestigious portfolio of circa 8 high-profile commercial assets, working within a forward-thinking and highly regarded property team.

Reporting directly into the Head of Facilities Management, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class operational standards across the portfolio, ensuring an exceptional occupier experience while driving service excellence, compliance, and operational performance.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day FM operations across a portfolio of premium commercial office buildings
• Overseeing hard and soft service delivery through managing agents and service partners
• Driving high standards across health & safety, compliance, and building performance
• Managing contractor relationships and service level agreements
• Supporting occupier engagement and ensuring a first-class tenant experience
• Assisting with mobilisation projects, refurbishments, and operational improvements
• Monitoring budgets, service charge expenditure, and operational efficiencies
• Supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio
• Working closely with asset management, property management, and senior stakeholders

About You

We are looking for someone who can operate confidently within a high-performing client-side environment and who understands the demands of managing premium commercial assets.

You will ideally have:

• Proven FM experience within commercial property
• Experience overseeing multi-site portfolios
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and H&S
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing service partners and contractors
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (preferred)
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
