Job Description
About the role 
You'll oversee the daily FM operations for a mix of commercial and mixed-use buildings, with the flexibility to work in a way that suits you.
Responsibilities- Managing multiple properties across London - including commercial offices and mixed-use buildings.
- Ensuring compliance, managing service contracts, and handling general property management tasks.
- Maintaining strong relationships with tenants, clients, and contractors.
- Handling budgets and day-to-day operational tasks with a high level of autonomy.
- FM experience across various property types (commercial, mixed-use).
- IOSH qualification is essential (NEBOSH is desirable).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
