Facilities Maintenance Operative

A Full Time Permanent vacancies has arisen within our Facilities Maintenance Department. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Primary Purpose of Position

• To support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Maintenance Department
• To help maintain standards of Glenair buildings, grounds and fixtures

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out preventative maintenance procedures as required in accordance with the company preventive plan.
• To carry out building repairs and maintenance as required.
• To maintain the grounds of the buildings as required.
• To carry out decorating both internally & externally of all sites.
• To undertake driving duties on behalf of the company, in company vehicles as and when required.

Job Requirements

• 5 years driving experience is essential
• Experience of working within a General Maintenance background including basic plumbing and woodwork, is desirable
• Working to tight deadlines
• Ability to work as a team
