Facilities Maintenance & Operations Assistant

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties under close supervision.

Responsibilities include complying with codes and safety regulations, moving materials, maintaining lighting and grounds, assisting with office moves, and responding to emergencies to keep the property in good condition.
