Facilities Leader - Premium Residential Properties

Greystar is seeking a Facilities/Building Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across residential assets and common areas. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate contractors and ensure adherence to health, safety and asset standards.

The role requires experience in corporate residential buildings, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and safety compliance. On-site work with potential on-call responsibilities.
