Job Description

Homes for Students in Canterbury is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead FM across Palamon Court, Currus Court and Rhodaus Court. You will manage health & safety, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle planning, ensuring high service levels for residents.

You will supervise internal and external teams, maintain CAFM records, coordinate audits, and work with property teams to drive value while upholding ISO 45001 principles.
