Facilities Electrician - Maintenance, Fault-Finding & BMS

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance professional in the United Kingdom to respond to breakdowns and perform routine maintenance to a high standard.

The role involves testing power quality, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems, with interpretation of drawings and O&M documents. You will upgrade and install works and liaise with sub-contractors per CBRE policies, while monitoring environmental conditions and equipment performance to prevent recurrence.
