At GF, we develop market-leading solutions that ensure water, gas, and other essential fluids flow safely to support cities, industries, and everyday life.We are seeking an experienced Facilities, Compliance & Office Manager to join our GF Building Flow Solutions (Uponor LTD) UK team. The role will lead the day-to-day management of our UK office environment, compliance programmes, quality systems and workplace operations.This is a broad and varied role with responsibility for facilities management, health & safety, ISO management systems, supplier and customer compliance, IT coordination, fleet administration and office operations.Working closely with UK Leadership and key stakeholders, you will ensure the business operates safely, efficiently and in compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements, while delivering a positive and effective workplace environment.What will you be doing?Compliance & Quality ManagementManage industry accreditations and customer compliance requirements including Achilles, CHAS, Constructionline and customer pre-qualification schemesMaintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems and support ISO 45001 requirementsCoordinate internal and supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are completedMaintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and develop UK-specific policies, procedures and processesHealth & SafetyCoordinate H&S compliance, risk assessments, training records and safety documentationManage fire safety systems, drills, alarm testing, extinguisher maintenance, PAT testing and legionella monitoringConduct DSE assessments, accident investigations and monitor driver safety complianceManage PPE, first aid provisions, contractor safety and office/site safety requirementsFacilities & Office ManagementOversee office facilities, maintenance and workplace services including cleaners, security, waste, utilities, archive storage, air conditioning and plant servicesManage supplier contracts and service providersAct as keyholder and primary liaison with landlords, business park management and contractorsCoordinate repairs, office moves, signage, workplace improvements and day-to-day office operationsIT, Systems & OnboardingProvide first-line coordination for IT equipment, mobile phones and user supportManage IT asset inventories and liaise with external IT support providersAdminister SharePoint access, SAP Concur and company credit card processesDeliver onboarding training covering IT systems, health & safety, vehicles and company processesFleet, Events & Business SupportCoordinate with fleet management company on administration including vehicles, licence checks, fuel cards and driver documentationSupport management reporting, meetings, audits and business compliance activitiesOrganise all staff events, conferences, travel, accommodation and visitor arrangementsThis job description may be reviewed and amended in line with organisational developments and business needs.What will you need?IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications are essentialInternal Auditor qualifications are desirableExperience in facilities, office management, compliance, H&S or business operationsWorking knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing processesStrong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong Microsoft 365 and general IT systems knowledgeWhat you will get:Salary: £Competitive + bonus + Health Cash PlanLocation: GF BFS UK Head Office, WatfordRole Type: Office-based with flexibility as requiredPlease note: We do not hold a sponsor license therefore only apply if you are a UK citizen or hold a valid visa.Contact person:Tejal Patel Senior HR Specialist submit your application via the 'Apply' button.
