Facilities Cleaner - Defence & Secure Sites

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a full-time Cleaner to join our defence, government and energy services team in Swindon. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, delivering hygienic environments for clients and customers across our sites.

You will dust, sweep, mop and sanitise, restock cleaning supplies and support a hands-on, flexible team. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, and reliability is valued.
