Facilities Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our busy Facilities team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work and have a practical approach to maintenance, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the resort.
• Complete general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating and minor electrical work.
• Help keep guest and back-of-house areas safe, clean and well maintained.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support Health & Safety compliance.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the resort operates efficiently every day.

What We're Looking For

• An industry-recognised qualification in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or Painting & Decorating.
• Practical experience in facilities, estates, hotel or general building maintenance.
• Skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating and general handyman duties.
• A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to delivering high standards and working safely.
