Overview

Responsibilities

As part of the Facilities Team, you will be a vital member overseeing one of our office sites in Lewes, which is occupied by various organisations. Your responsibilities include reception work, security of the building, compliance and Health & Safety checks, minor maintenance support, contractor access, waste disposal, fire alarm testing, reporting building faults and many more; key issues that form the foundations of Facilities Management.

Qualifications
  • Have experience of Facilities Management
  • Can apply themselves to our customer service delivery
  • Can prioritise their work depending on need and react swiftly to occurring issues
  • Have an understanding of Health & Safety requirements
  • Can organise and prioritise according to deadlines and targets
Interview Process

Interviews will be either via MS Teams or in person at County Hall, St Anne's Crescent, Lewes. Shortlisting will be completed within two weeks of the closing date. If you are shortlisted, you will then receive an invite to interview.

Candidates who meet certain criteria are given priority when we shortlist.
