Facilities Assistant 12.75 per hour

Summary

Facilities Assistant (Fixed term, 22.5 hrs/week, until 18 December 2026). Salary: £12.75 per hour. Working pattern includes weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the National Trust's buildings and outdoor spaces, including sweeping, litter picking and general cleaning.
• Perform minor maintenance work and support other teams as required.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and other manual work.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, answering queries and speaking to guests.

• Well organised, adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a flexible and adaptable way.
