Facilities & Operations Leader (Head of FM)

London Metropolitan University is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities Management to lead the delivery of professional, customer-focused facilities services across its diverse estate, ensuring safe, welcoming and efficient environments for students, staff and visitors.

Working with the Estates Directorate, you will lead operational teams, manage supplier relationships and drive continuous service improvement across the University's estate, delivering high-quality hard and soft FM.
