About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to support maintenance and refurbishment projects across our hotels. You will carry out a wide range of painting, decorating and general property maintenance tasks to keep our buildings looking their best.
WhatYou'llBe Doing:- Complete internal and external painting, decorating and surface preparation tasks.
- Use power tools for sanding, cleaning and preparing surfaces.
- Carry out minor repairs including plastering, carpentry and brickwork.
- Mix paints and apply decorative finishes using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company procedures.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Experienced in painting, decorating or general property maintenance.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bonus: trade qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or Asbestos Awareness.
