Facilities & Estates Manager - Community Village Leader

Retirement Villages Group is recruiting a Facilities Manager for Roseland Retirement Village. The role oversees property and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.

It is a full-time post, 37.5 hours weekly, with a 5/7 rota including some weekends. You'll lead a small Estates team and contractors, drive compliant service delivery and proactive maintenance, and work within the Village Management Team to enhance resident experience
