Facilities & Building Services Senior Assistant Manager

Intesa Sanpaolo Group in London is seeking a Building Services Officer to support the Head of Building Services in managing the Bank's premises and related operations. You will help oversee maintenance, budgeting, procurement, supplier interactions and regulatory compliance across offices and common areas.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, NEBOSH qualification, advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of UK building regulations. English is essential; Italian knowledge is a plus.
