Job Description

Join a dynamic Workplace Operations team seeking a motivated new team member to support facilities and infrastructure management across the business.

This role is responsible for supporting facilities management, coordinating office suppliers, and carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and weekly health and safety inspections. Working collaboratively across the Channel Islands, you will also provide essential event support, maintain archiving registers, and contribute to a range of internal projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with good IT proficiency. You will be a proactive, adaptable team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across the business. Occasional travel to Guernsey may be required.
