Front of House/Facilities Administrator (part time)
Location: Blackfriars, London
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £25,500 per annum (pro rata from £40,000 FTE) + excellent benefits package
We're looking for an outgoing, hands-on Front of House/Facilities Administrator to be the welcoming face of our client's Blackfriars office. This is a part time role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
The Role:
No two days will be the same. You'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, creating a warm first impression for visitors, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative and facilities tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and hosting visitors with a friendly, professional approach
- Ensuring the office is presentable, well-organised, and running smoothly
- Managing kitchen supplies and keeping communal areas fully stocked and tidy
- Supporting general facilities coordination and ad-hoc office needs
- Providing administrative support as required

- Naturally welcoming, outgoing, and professional
- Happy to take ownership and be proactive in a varied role
- Strong organisational skills with previous administrative experience
- Practical, reliable, and comfortable juggling different tasks
