Job Title: Facilities Administrator (Maternity Cover - 12 Month FTC)
Location: Hybrid - Work from Home & Office (Glasgow G51 2SN)
Salary: £14.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
We're looking for a detail oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term basis, providing maternity cover. This hybrid role offers a mix of home based working and on site attendance at our Glasgow office, supporting one of our key corporate clients, Diageo.
As the Facilities Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities operations, supporting both the Sodexo team and client stakeholders. You'll be the linchpin of communication and coordination-ensuring everything from contractor liaison to document management runs seamlessly.
What you'll do:- Provide day to day administrative support to the on site facilities and technical services teams
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors
- Support compliance tracking and site documentation (including CTPAT clearance requirements)
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and data entry
- Support with facilities reporting and project documentation
- Ensure all communication is timely, clear, and accurately documented
- Previous experience in a facilities or administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite essential)
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in a dynamic team environment
- A driving licence is advantageous due to potential future office relocations in Glasgow
