Job Opportunity: Facade/External Envelope Manager

We are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Facade/External Envelope Manager for a major residential project in South London.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the facades of RC frame apartments, including brickwork, scaffolding, Metsec, SFS, roofing, windows, and balcony installations.
  2. Oversee the safety and quality of facade installation works.
  3. Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  4. Manage subcontractors on site effectively.
  5. Report progress and issues to the on-site Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience working with leading main contractors or developers.
  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
