This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.The CompanyWe're working with a manufacturer of bespoke equipment and assemblies serving a range of markets including Subsea, Nuclear, and Heavy Manufacturing.The RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on Fabricator/Welder with supervisory experience who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. You'll be responsible for fabricating and welding to a high standard-mainly MIG, with TIG skills an advantage-while also leading a small team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.The IndividualWe're looking for people who have:Time-served experience in fabrication and weldingAbility to interpret detailed engineering drawingsProven supervisory experience (managing 5-6 team members)Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior managementThe BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate from £20.00 - £22.00 (dependent on experience)39-hour day shift, Monday to FridayOvertime paid at x1.3Training and development opportunitiesSounds like you?
