Fabrication Workshop Production Lead

Elk Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Production Manager for North Kildare. Lead production planning and execution across CNC cutting, pressing, bending, welding, fabrication and finishing. Drive efficiency, safety and quality while mentoring workshop staff.

You will coordinate resources, manage maintenance, monitor KPIs and liaise with cross functional teams to meet delivery targets. Strong leadership and hands on experience in fabrication are essential.
