Fabrication & Welding Supervisor - Lead, Optimize & Mentor

Moughton Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabrication / Welding Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day stainless steel fabrication shop, ensuring customer demands are met to specification, on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Engineer and Projects team to take ownership of the workflow through the department.

This hands-on role combines fabrication and welding expertise with team leadership.
