Job Description
Fabric Engineer - Reading

Carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance at the Reading site, requiring a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record of commercial building maintenance.

Competitive salary of £20 per hour, with a potential temporary to permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Basic plumbing
  • Basic carpentry
  • Lamp changing
  • Take tap temperatures
  • Flushing
  • PPM's
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Assist other engineers onsite as required
  • Replacement of floor tiles (carpet or ceramic)
