Fabric Engineer - Office Maintenance & PPM (Temp-to-Perm)

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our client's team in Royal Tunbridge Wells on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanency. You will deliver reactive and planned maintenance tasks within agreed SLAs in a corporate office environment.

Responsibilities include completing reactive and PPM work orders, electrical and general maintenance, basic plumbing, and using a PDA/CAFM system to log tasks. Health & safety compliance is essential.
