A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAMMEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing

• Welcome guests with a warm smile andattentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink ordersaccurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Serve food and drinks with care, keepingpresentation standards high and timing smooth.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and serviceareas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages,including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep the dining area stocked by assistingwith inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safetystandards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams todeliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
• You'll be working 25 - 30 hours perweek on a rota, 5 days out of 7 to include lunchtimes, evenings, weekdays andweekends

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with apassion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience isa plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interactconfidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in orderaccuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to jump in and supportothers to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive inafat paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
