We're looking for a friendly and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
The Role- Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during service, ensuring guests receive a high standard of service at all times.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage outlets, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining service standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences and achieve departmental objectives.
- Promote food and beverage sales through effective upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, licensing regulations, and company policies, maintaining a safe and professional working environment.
- Stays abreast of current and new industry technology relating to function
- Performs required duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objective of the position
- Greets and smiles at guests and customers when coming across them on the hotel grounds
- Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary
- To ensure accurate and timely communication with other departments
