• Proven experience working within a Food & Beverage team; previous leadership experience is advantageous
• A passion for driving and improving standards across all food and beverage areas, with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering best in class guest experiences with warmth and personality
• Ability to lead, inspire, train, and motivate a team while maintaining high standards in a fair and consistent manner
• Lead service from the front, including taking guest orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and delivering excellent customer service
• Ensure all site service standards are met and lead the team to do the same, creating a great guest experience
• Strong knowledge of serving coffee, alcohol, and wine in both bar and restaurant environments
• Responsibility for opening and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs
