F&B Team Leader - Evenings & Weekends Holiday Park

Away Resorts in Lincolnshire's Appletree Country Park is seeking an experienced team leader for our onsite restaurant and bar. You'll lead shifts, motivate a team of F&B assistants, and roll up your sleeves to keep service smooth even when guest demand is high.

You'll manage rotas, upsell, control stock and costs, and handle customer issues with confidence. Holidays may be busy, so you'll work evenings and weekends and bring a positive, hands-on approach to delivering memorable guest experiences.
