F&B Team Leader - Busy Resort Bar & Restaurant

Away Resorts in Filey is looking for a team leader to run our busy onsite restaurant and bar. You'll lead shifts, motivate a team of F&B assistants, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

You'll manage rotas, upsell to drive revenue, control stock and costs alongside front-of-house and kitchen teams, and handle guest issues with professionalism. Holidays and weekends include the rota; training on-site provided.
