F&B Supervisor - Cantonese Fine Dining Lead

The Peninsula London is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead service at Canton Blue, reporting to the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager. This role focuses on delivering a memorable Cantonese dining experience within our flagship hotel.

The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of food & beverage, including wine; experience in fine dining is preferred, with additional languages seen as an advantage.
