Position

Food and Beverage Reservations Team Member

Working Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility across shifts and days.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, ensuring they are welcomed and preferences are noted.
• Deliver high quality service and collaborate with team members throughout the hotel.
• Proactively upsell private dining rooms to help drive revenue.
• Resolve guest queries and provide timely problem solving support.
