F&B Manager: Lead Guest Experience & Team Excellence

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for our Belfast 4 property. You will oversee all F&B operations, recruit and lead staff, develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will monitor sales performance, analyse financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote offerings, while delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with Aimbridge's brand pillars.
